Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about who the platform is for, how assessments work, and what your agency can expect before inviting a candidate.
Who is this platform for?
Recruitment, staffing, and executive search agencies evaluating candidates on behalf of a client. It is not built for companies assessing their own existing staff, and not for clinical or educational use.
Does the platform make the hiring decision?
No. It organizes evidence — scores, percentiles, and a plain-language summary — for your recruiter to use. The decision, and the responsibility for it, stays with your team and your client.
How long does an assessment take a candidate?
Most batteries complete in 15–30 minutes depending on which tests you select for the role.
Can I use this for internal promotions instead of external hiring?
The platform is designed around external candidate selection on behalf of a client. If you’re evaluating your own staff internally, this isn’t the right tool.
How is scoring calculated?
See Methodology for the full explanation of percentile scoring and how we handle confidence and score ranges.
How is candidate data protected?
See Security & Data Protection for details on data handling and retention.
Is there a free plan?
You can start free and see the platform on a live role. See Pricing for details.
How many languages does the platform support?
Nine: English, Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish, each built and validated independently rather than machine-translated. See Multi-Language Recruitment Platform.
Can reports be white-labeled with my agency’s branding?
Yes, from the Professional plan up. See White-Label Reports for what’s covered.
Can more than one recruiter work on the same client account?
Yes — see Team Collaboration for how multiple recruiters share visibility on the same account.
What happens if a candidate doesn’t finish an assessment?
An incomplete assessment is flagged as such rather than scored as if it were complete, so a recruiter reviewing results can see the difference between a low score and an unfinished one.
