Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using IntelligencesTest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What IntelligencesTest Is

IntelligencesTest is a decision-support platform for recruitment agencies. It provides structured candidate assessments, candidate comparison tools, and client-ready reports to help agency recruiters evaluate candidates before interviews or client presentation. IntelligencesTest is a paid subscription service intended for use by recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and their authorized personnel, not a general consumer or entertainment product.

Accounts and Eligibility

To use IntelligencesTest, your agency must register for an account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the agency or organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

IntelligencesTest offers paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page, along with a limited free trial. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout, and are processed by our payment provider. Your plan determines your usage limits, such as the number of candidates you may assess per month; exceeding those limits may require upgrading to a higher plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change our pricing or plans going forward; changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IntelligencesTest only for lawful recruitment and hiring-related purposes. You will not use the platform to unlawfully discriminate against candidates, to assess individuals without a legitimate recruitment basis for doing so, or in any way that violates employment, data protection, or anti-discrimination laws applicable to your recruitment activities. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to any party outside your agency without our written consent.

Candidate Data and Generated Reports

As between you and IntelligencesTest, candidate data you submit remains yours; we process it on your behalf to generate assessments, comparisons, and reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and submit candidate data, including obtaining any candidate consent required under applicable law. Reports and comparison materials generated by the platform are for your internal recruitment use and for sharing with your clients in the ordinary course of your recruitment services. Decision Support, Not a Hiring Decision

IntelligencesTest organizes assessment evidence, candidate comparisons, and interview questions to support your recruiters’ evaluation of candidates. It does not make hiring decisions and is not a substitute for your professional judgment, interviews, reference checks, or any other step your recruitment process requires. Final hiring recommendations and decisions remain the responsibility of you and your clients.

Intellectual Property

The IntelligencesTest platform, including its assessments, methodology, and underlying software, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal recruitment purposes during your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelligencesTest and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that IntelligencesTest provides decision support only, and that hiring decisions, and compliance with the employment and anti-discrimination laws applicable to those decisions, remain your responsibility.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section, or use the platform unlawfully. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends; retained data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law as it relates to online service agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us. IntelligencesTest is not yet operated by a registered legal entity; once it is, this section will be updated to name that entity and its governing jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
