Who This Policy Covers
IntelligencesTest is a decision-support platform used by recruitment agencies and staffing firms. This policy explains what data we collect from agency accounts, recruiters, and the candidates they assess, and how we handle it. It applies to intelligencestest.com and the IntelligencesTest application.
What We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Agency and recruiter account data: name, work email, and account credentials for the recruiters and staff who use the platform on behalf of your agency.
- Candidate assessment data: responses candidates submit when completing an assessment, and the resulting scores, comparisons, and reports generated from them.
- Billing and payment data: your subscription plan and billing history. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
- Usage and analytics data: basic technical information such as pages visited and general usage patterns, used to operate and improve the platform.
How We Use It
We use this information to operate your account, generate candidate assessments and reports for your agency, process billing, provide support, and maintain and improve the platform. We do not sell your data or your candidates’ data to third parties.
Candidate Data Specifically
Candidate assessment data is submitted by, and belongs in context to, the recruitment process of the agency that invited the candidate. Assessment results are visible only to the requesting agency and its authorized recruiters, not to other agencies using the platform. Candidate data is retained only as long as needed to support the active placement process it was collected for, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Candidate data is never used to train machine learning models, and is never shared outside the requesting agency. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with the service providers who help us run the platform, including our payment processor (for billing), our hosting provider (to run the application), and analytics tools (to understand site usage). These providers are only permitted to use the data to provide their service to us and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations. We do not share candidate data with other agencies, employers, or third parties outside the requesting agency, except where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain agency account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or support obligations. Candidate assessment data is retained only for as long as needed for the active placement process, as described above.

This site uses basic cookies to keep the site and application functioning properly, and analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use our site.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you and your candidates may have the right to ask us what data we hold, to correct it, and to request its deletion, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records. We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
